Beijin, March 28.

Beijing, March 28.

Yesterday, the dictator of China made a rare public announcement on an environmental issue, which has startling social and health implications for the region. During a ribbon cutting ceremony at Chinas largest cigarette factory, with a new, state-of-the-art nicotine-arsenic-benzene-formaldehyde injection process, President Yu-dum Nob addressed the growing concern over Chinas ever increasing levels of pollution and its poisonous effect on the health of neighbouring populations such as in Korea. In an eloquent speech that typified the usual superb governmental logic, he said that, "its Chinas right as a polluter to pollute; not only China, but surrounding areas as well. And, anyone in the Asian region who doesnt like it should leave." Further more, he is "tired of the nanny-laws, which are trying to curtail his freedom to pollute the air for all to enjoy. In finishing, the Grand Leader borrowed an America phrase to suggest that anyone who has a problem with spreading air pollution to neighbours should just shut up and suck it up."
