We can ALL agree the communist is a crook of the highest order who has little, if any, regard for the law. He must have atleast one (1) or two (2) other "co-horts in crime" in his money laundering operation through which he funnels money to the North Koreans. Who are the three (3) gangsters the boss hired as his muscle? Are they some of Korea's most notorious criminals that are related to the boss? The OP's boss should consider a new profession.

How long again can you stay in the apartment? Is it a deal where you can stay until something is resolved? Or what? |

I hope you are recording these conversations...one recorded conversation with threats like that would be worth a fortune in court |

This is why so many teachers pull runners. Why go through a mess like this? |

Ianinilsan - really sorry that you're having to go thru this. The director should have to pay for a psychiatrist after all that you've been through!! |

I don't know if I can legally contact parents, but the director is ignoring every Korean law, so why shouldn't I start contacting parents about what the director has been doing? This is ridiculous.

Going to the parents is a fun little counter-threat... PM sent. |

Read the efl law forum and check out the post stressing why you shouldn't do that because you leave yourself open to the risk of a law suit. |

He demanded to know who I talked to at immigration and who went with me. I told him I went alone and spoke to the employee who spoke English. He then asked who this was and I said I didn't know the actual name of the immigration employee. He said that if it's the wrong person, then he will sue me for "lying and wasting his time." |
It sounds like he is trying to cover his tracks up and find out info. before this all goes to court. Next time he comes round and starts threatening have a little tape recorder by the door and say (for legality sake) "I am recording this conversation". Say that at the end of all the swearing and threatening.
When is the date set for court?
Best of luck.
It is always shi**y dealing with this unprofessionals. If you want another job after some rest, I could recommend a place for you. Let me know and I will PM you. |

Does anyone have a recorder? I am not sure if the OP has one or not. I could take it to him personally to record the hogwan owner violating the law. He is not supposed to try to evict someone in a labour dispute with him. |

So that's the deal. If you're in a labor dispute, you can stay in the provided accomodations until it's resolved. How long can he stay there? In Korea? |

Yeah, then you could post it so we can all hear this "little girl" director...better if you could get a video and post it on you-tube. Bet that would be worth viewing.. |

You can get a good dictaphone in technomart for 30.000W. No bigger than a matchbox and it will record everything within 10 yards for 90 minutes at a time.

(numbers are mine)
1. You need friends to handle three Koreans? What, are they eight feet tall or something?
2. And if unions were legal for us to join (which they are not for E-2's) this would be a good way for our unions to be made illegal, and the goon squad made to pay millions of won in blood money and sent to jail. |
First, don't even start talking shit. This is Korea......they cheat......so can I. You wont' get any medals for fighting fair.
2. ............only if they can identify them. |
