Oh, you want that EXACT model, but in a 42 inch? You confused me. I thought you meant 42" models in general. Your information was split over several posts. I don't know if that exact model comes in 42" or not. I think you're going to have to get the one with more rounded corners. I do believe I saw that in a 42". I think the internals are the same. Just make sure it's at least 10,000 to 1 Contrast Ratio, and a newer model. The models seem to change and update so fast.

The best plan of action is to go look at the newer PAVV TVs at Techno-Mart. Some stores have LG XCanvas too, so you can do a side-by-side comparison.

When you look for a TV, don't just look for the best color, or the brightest set. Look at the details in the blacks. That's where you start to spot the differences that really make a big difference in picture quality.

One thing I've learned is that just because a manufacturer makes the best TV at 32" does not mean they will make the best at 42" or another size.

You really are better off looking for yourself and finding what you are happy with. There are also some models that can mount or rotate, or both. You should check for that as well, because these features often change with different models, even though they look the same.
