read your post. You threw not being able to smoke pot into a list with slavery. And you are calling ME a moron?
Let's see: not being able to marry based on racial discrimination, not having freedom and being owned because of your skin color and not being able to vote. Throwing in not being able to get high on weed is absurd. |

No Hash Matzos?
Wed Mar 28, 8:18 AM ET
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Marijuana is not kosher for Passover, a pro-cannabis advocacy group says, advising Jews who observe the week-long holiday's special dietary laws to take a break from smoking the weed.
The Green Leaf Party announced Wednesday that products of the cannabis plant have been grouped by rabbis within a family of foods such as peas, beans and lentils that is off-limits to Jews of European descent during Passover.
The Green Leaf Party, which has made several unsuccessful attempts to win election to parliament on a platform urging marijuana's legalisation, said it was issuing its advisory as a service to Jews who don't want to break ritual law.
But it said the rabbinical ban for the holiday beginning at sunset Monday, during which many Jews eat matzos, or unleavened bread, could be a blessing in disguise
"Logic dictates that if the rabbis say cannabis is non-kosher for Passover, it is apparently kosher during the rest of the year," Michelle Levin, a spokeswoman for the party, told the YNet news web site |

Yes, I'm absolutely calling you a moron.
I was not making literal comparisions and again you failed to see that because instead of arguing against my point you attacked it.
The marijuana laws are unjust. Nobody has the right to tell another person what they can and cannot put into their body. How can you possibly argue that the state has that right.
Especially considering that there is no evidence that links pot to violent crime and I have yet to hear of a person dying after comsuming canabis.
In fact Asprin kills more people each year that weed.
In addition, many marijuana users use the substance as a form of meditation and even a spiritual sacrament. I don't care about your own views of the drug, but many people find it a valuable too to the insights within themselves. |

Setting all the hippy bullcrap aside the facts are that:
1. Marijuana is illegal.
2. Just because you like t get high doesnt mean it should be legal
3. He is a convicted con.
4. By putting slavery and women suffrage on the list you made a connection between the different laws. Sorry but somehow I fail to see how some burned out hippies or skaters wanting to get high legally even comes close to a man wanting to be free of slavery or a woman wanting to vote. Calling me a moron in this context is a bit funny.
Thems the facts. |

Well I guess you don't see marijuana the same way I do. And that ok, but at the same time you and anybody else has no right to say what I can and cannot put into my body.
I should have complete sovereignty over my body as long as I'm not harming other people around me.
Sorry for calling you a moron. |

Being owned and having no rights - an injustice
being unable to vote because of gender - an injustice
not being able to puff on a bong in your basement with Bill from next door - NOT a question of justice. |
