Does anyone else on here get so many gifts and favors from coworkers it seems ridiculous. I feel like I should do something in return for the countless rice cakes, oranges, socks, etc. I've been given. I just don't know what...

Maybe a real coffee maker for my department... with real coffee... that would be capital for me and them. Very Happy

Has anyone successfully dealt with this situation at their school?

Doesn't matter what you give them or how much it cost, just that you thought of them and made an effort (however small it might be)

I never ask for favors if I can help it. Returning them tends to be a pain in the ass.
