ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- Darrell Roberson came home from a card game late one night to find his wife rolling around with another man in a pickup truck in the driveway.
Caught in the act with her lover, Tracy Denise Roberson -- thinking quickly, if not clearly -- cried rape, authorities say. Her husband pulled a gun and killed the other man with a shot to the head.
On Thursday, a grand jury handed up a manslaughter indictment -- against the wife, not the husband... |

She definitely deserves life imprisonment for cheating on her husband and then accusing a man she had consensual sex with of raping her and then having him killed as a result of her words. |

Cannot recall whether this refers to a Clint Eastwood or Wilie Nelson film/line. But one of them walked in on their wife and best friend.
"What did you do?"
"He was my best friend. So I shot the biatch." |

Agree. Even IF she knew that the only way to keep him from shooting her was to cry "rape." Words mean things, they have consequences, as someone who knows her husband packs heat should know. |
