I'm up for a resigning, but.....
...my E2 visa expires on the 6th (this month)
and my ARC expires on the 11th (this month).
Does the ARC supercede the visa? (visa obtained in Atlanta)...or do I gotta' go to Immi. this week??

Your VISA only allows you entrance into the country. Your ARC allows you to stay in the country. If your VISA is expired, you can't enter. You have to leave by the date on your ARC.

You have to leave, OR get an extension, one hopes.
