All it's doing is sitting and collecting spam.

I'm willing to foot the bill.

Interested in seeing what you can do with it?

I don't care if the place get hits. I don't care if no one looks at it.

However, I would like to give it to someone who is actually going to use it.

Don't accept the offer and let it rot.

I'm a completely hands-off partner. Just don't use it for porno.
