With 2 years hagwon and one years public school experience?
My public school supervisors are more than willing to vouch for me in terms of my teaching ability etc.
I have about 2 months to make a decision so i'm in no rush but at the moment there doesn't seem like a whole lot of quality jobs out there .

Depends where you want to go. Down here in Cheongju I know they are crying out for Hagwon teachers. I've heard of one guy anecdotally getting 2.9 a month, but working like a dog for it. 2.2-2.3 seems to be doable if you don't mind the haggie lifestyle, no hols and evening teaching. That aside, at my private school I re-enlisted for almost no pay rise (about 60k after tax, now on 2.1) but got a much better apt. Hope you find something that suits you, mate.

Cheers man, my current public school wants me to stay but can't offer me a payrise, only a minimal increase in working hours for bugger all cash really. I probably would stay if they weren't out in the sticks but I couldn't put myself through another year of it.
