If you're really that desperate, you can't swing a dead cat by the tail without hitting a Pizza Hut in this city.

Of course, you have the big four for delivery, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, and Mr. Pizza. 3/4 have English service for delivery.

My favorite in-house joint is Uno Pizzeria, the closest I can come to deep dish in this country. There's one directly in front of Yonsei University, across the road from the main gate, and another in COEX.

Best Cheap Pizza = Costco (massive jumbo pizza for 12,000 won / or by the slice for 2,500 won)

Best Chain Shop Pizza = Papa Johns (expect to spend around 16,000 won there)

I expect to spend 24,000 as I get the family size (around 14 inch, a large in the USA) and get a combination or meat lovers type. For about 3,000 more, you get a big soda and 8 boneless chicken strips.

DiMatteo's is the best in Seoul, and thus, probably, the country.

Papa John's is the best chain. I was never impressed with them in the States, but they do a good job here.

But right in my neighborhood is a place called Papacino's, which does a very good cheese crust pizza and the owners are super friendly. I think there are two others in the city as well. That's my regular.

Are you talking about Pizza Hut? Those strips are baked instead of fried and they're super delicious. I get those as well.

Hmmm, I've never seen anyone do real Chicago-style outside of Chicago. Personally, I don't think Uno's in Chicago isn't as good as Giordano's, Edwardo's, or Ricobene's.

Your double-negative confuses me a bit, but if you're saying Uno's isn't the best pizza in Chicago, you're definitely right. It is, however, the best Chicago-style pizza in Korea (a much lesser distinction, of course).

I only lived in Chicago for a year, but I certainly had me some good Ricobene's mmm.

Oh man, I could use some Giordano's right about now. Have you ever had Home Run pizza? I've never been to any of the restaurants in Chicago, but the Home Run frozen pizza is pretty good.
