He should already be filed for Canadian non-residency for tax purposes.
If not, you must get onto that straight away.

300 million won a year is 300 students / by 5 classes. After school programs have much smaller classes. Certainly not 60 in a class.
However, I'm not supporting the programs. Not in any way. Be cautious.

Why does that matter? You can file, but it's not a legally binding opinion.

that's actually true because the canadian government nails you to the wall and they have no business taxing world income when we already pay korean tax
