The new tourism campaign, "Sparkling Korea"....

Any ideas on what is actually sparkling here in Korea? The only thing I can come up with is the flashing lights on the anma signs.

Actually, the new slogan is "Korea, Sparkling."
The comma makes all the difference, like in "Slogan, Written by a Second Grader.'
