| It's cheap. It's strong, so why not? |

| Evil stuff! Not even the higher alcohol content can save it! |

While far from being a great beer, I am quite happy with it because...
1) it's got a little more flavor to it than all the other Korean beers.
2) it gives me a buzz faster = the less of it I have to drink.
3) I don't have to pay the outrageous prices for imported beer (which is extortion).
While not the ideal beer, it's the best considering what else is out there. |

| I disagree about the "flavour" part. I think Hite's Prime Max has a fuller-flavour and a much better hop aroma than Cass Red. Cass Red just tastes stronger and sweeter. |

| My first impression of Cass Red was it was an improvement on Cass. It's still not an improvement on Korea's other improvement beers though. |

| I like it as a kick start - chase a can of the red with a liter of of the hite prime - it's a prefect weekday evening and a good diversion from the Chivas, which has been giving me nightmares lately. I dunno why... |

| It won't by my "regular" beer if better options are around, but if I'm gonna buy Korean, it'll be Red from now on. |

Wow! Interesting results so far. Nobody has given Cass Red a thumbs down.
BTW, I have a theory about Korean beer. Is it possible that the reason it so light is because it's meant to go with Korean food (which is spicy). I don't think a heavy lager or stout would go well with a side dish of deok pok gi. |

If I could vote again, Cass Red would be a no-no. Had some last night, and it wasn't long before I switched back to Prime Max. The difference was a lot more than I expected. Prime Max is the closest you can get to a real beer in Korea. |

| Max def. tastes better, but since I'd rather not drink any of the domestic offerings, I'll be the Red so I don't have to suffer too long to get the buzz on. |

There are beers you buy the weekend after payday, and beers you buy the weekend BEFORE payday. This is a beer you buy the weekend BEFORE payday- if you know what I mean. |
