I just read Cohiba's reply on the camping post about disc golf on Seopori Beach, Deokjeok Island.
Has anyone played there and is it good?
Where else in Korea are there disc golf courses?
What about a place to buy discs? |

I have heard of a good course set up in Incheon. Try posting on the korea ultimate player's sites (www.koreaultimate.net AND www.koreaultimate.com). Terry from Canada is the man to ask about.
I have been playing on tour in the states for several years, but because the only tourney I'll be entering in Asia is the Japan Open, I had to buy all new 150-class discs, and had them sent over from the states. Try www.discsunltd.com Put in your comments that Jason from OR/WA sent you, and they may give you a discount, I've been doing business with them from years, and they do an amazing job at a great price.
There are also a couple basket-courses in Thailand, if you plan on doing some traveling while over here. Hope this helps! |

The only course I know of is in Incheon. It is a challenging 20
hole course at a park in the Namdong Industrial Area. We have
been playing there for years. No baskets, we use trees, signs etc.
We usually play on Saturdays. PM me if you are interested.
I think Korea will have to evolve for another 1000 years or so
before you could buy a decent driver here. haha |
