I know there's a few people around here and I've got a pretty bad sore throat. Anyone know a decent doctor in this area?
Thanks. |

I know of a decent throat, nose, ear doctor at Hansung Univ. st. although you may find it difficult to follow my instructions. I'll try anyway.
At the station, I'm not sure of the exit number but at the correct exit there is "Napolean bakery". Keep walking up the street (towards Sungshin Univ St.). On the other side of the street you will see a Dunkin Donuts.... keep walking the way you're going. Then across the street you will see a Mcdonalds... you are almost there. You should be at a crosswalk, and if so you only have several feet more to go. If you can read Korean, you will see a sign on the building to your right that says Kumdo (a white sign I believe). Enter the doorway, go up to the second floor, and presto! walk through the sliding glass door and you're there. Two doctors, father and son. The son speaks adequate english.. go to him. |

It's called Seoul National University Hospital.
They have an "International Clinic." You won't wait in line very long... foreigners tend to get better treatment than Koreans there.
If I still worked closer to there, I'd be going there with all my illnesses. |

Yeah, after finding a pretty cruddy office and just getting some medicine, I realized I live by a giant hospital. All the blood was going to my throat, not my brain. Ah well. |
