I'd say central Ansan. All you see are foreigners around there.

Q: Where's the highest concentration of foreigners outside of Ansan?

A: Itaewon. Maybe.

Itaewon may seem like Foreigner Central to many, but it is just one dong. And really just one street.

U want foriner ? Why you want them? Forner are not so good sometime. I think you should try learning Corean. Corea is very good. That is waht my students always told me.

Anyway if u must find them I suggest large open areas like malls mmm whats the name of that mall? ummmm has the aqua view tank thing in it? KOEX yeah KOEX I see them all the time... best way to find a nice Forner go to Koexee NOT Isthatron err Itawon.... go to book store,... go to ENglish book part wait around- even reeds some if u want to.
Then you see foriner come - make sure they read nice book ummm not nasty book like you know poulitic books - if you see them with Rush Lameball book (what clown reads a dope head puffed up boastful book) or conversllly an Al Frankinn book (what bad person would read a book by a know it all rude man) then do not talk to them- on other hand if they read a nice book ummmlike say Winnie the Pooh or Wind in the Willows or ummm a nice Poesy book by Tennison To the Lighthouse,or Jewel poetry yeah anyone who reads Jewl poetry goota be nice and tender --- then talk top them... say this,

"Hello I am ______ I am English teacher. I like books. Do you read too?
There is a burgerking and a arcade here we can go to ... In fact you are very cute I want to take you to the fish tank- I pay.... it will be great we talk English reeel fast... Ha Ha!"

k members the "Ha ha!" important cuz u have to make them think u not just samrt (reed books) but that you are happy person too (even if truth is you are a suicide sot who can just make it out of bed every morn)

K there another book store too...umm I forgot it... It good to find foriner 2 in... One thing though be careful of Foriner they are often carring many sickness and not so clean. In Korea they may get more healthful if they eat Kimchee.... but still u do not know if they rub Kim Chee on their buns at night or not... This help keep acne on bum in check - soo u may also want to add at the end of this converstion on meeting them...

"I put Kim Chee on my butt to help my skin, how about you?"

After meet take hug picture with them then put on Dave's ESL so we can see them and be jealous that you soo C000L like me.

Hae Bang Cheon is the district that supplies Itaewon with most of its foreigners, but I suppose it's close enough to be considered part of it.
