| Hi, I need help. I've just commenced my second contract at a hogwon in Ulsan and don't have a signed contract. I don't know how my boss got my second E2 without my signature. He won't talk to me about it and I am feeling very uneasy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

If you haven't signed a contract for the second year, he's got you over a barrel. I'm not sure that immigration can extend a visa without a new contract (showing the new dates of employment), so I worry that he may have forged your signature on one.
There has to be some sort of documentation shown to immigration to extend your visa. |
