Ok, I've been in Seoul a week now and I love it. I want to party this weekend with my girlfriend at a good bar or club. Where do I go?

chuckle and laugh out loud!
avoid the hole (itaewon) at the moment if i were you. lot of sh*t going down by the sounds of it.
dunno about bars in hongdae but i alays have a good night out around sinchon. |

In HongDae check out
Mata Mata, Ska, Hodge Podge, MyungHwolGwan, M.I., or SAAB. There are a number of other similar clubs....just look around.
They all charge 10 000 won cover which includes a drink.

Well, I'll forgive you for not knowing since you're a newbie, but this Friday is Clubnight (again) at Hongdae so definately a great time to go there to check out what there is. W15,000 to enter a variety of clubs and a free drink. Mozey in and out at your leisure, it rocks.
Of course, Long Island Iced Teas at US 66 is the best way to start, so see ya there.
(Disclaimer: I came home with multiple bruising and broken nails last time and have no idea how it happened, so it can be pretty crazy!) |
