On Fridays I need to get from Beomgye (442) on the blue line (4) to... Dangsan (237) on the green line (2). I leave Beomgye at 1pm and need to be at Dangsan Station by 1.45pm. On the following website it says the journey will take 45 mins...that's going L4-L1-L2

However as you know Line 1 is extremely slow and it actually took me an hour to get there. I need to eliminate Line 1 from the equation.
I was thinking of getting a taxi from Beomgye to Sillim/Seoul National Uni. Does anybody know how much that might cost and how long it'd take to get from one station to the other.
Alternatively, any other ideas/suggestions would be warmly welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks. |

Thanks for that. Looks like I'll need to take a taxi from Beomgye to Sillim. Anybody know how much/long that might cost/take? |

Use the same map! Just click on the minimum transfer route button. The default is the shortest route button. In that case It's 51 minutes for you.
I don't think you'll get better than that. There's no fast way to go between the stations you mentioned. They are actually quite far apart on completely different sides of the city. Buses will be worse or better depending on the traffic and are not the answer. What you need is more time, or just go crazy on a scooter! |

I don't think that will help you. You'll just be flinging away money. And if there's rush hour traffic, an event, or an accident it will be slower again and more expensive. |
