What are your opinions on the pubs in Seoul? Which one would you say is the best overall pub as far as food, beer and service go?
I am talking about western style of course. Not A HOF.
Thanks in advance |

There's no real pubs in Seoul, except for the Wolfhound. And that's only a copy of a pub.
I like Geckos though. Spy bar is good, don't know about the food though.
Rocky mountain? Go to Itaewon, I don't think there are real western bar styles anywhere else. |

I ended up at Watt's once by accident ... when I was there it was all white guys except for a couple of Korean gals that seemed to be friends of the management. The owner and his wife(?) seemed friendly, but it had a very strange vibe. Any thoughts? |

I've never been there. Only to Three Alley's. I don't get into Seoul much. |

Maybe not a pub, and the food is too expensive, but Castle Praha's price and quality of microbrew is excellent. The decor in the Hongdae location is great, too. |

That's probably my favorite pub as well. Usually the clientele is a friendly international bunch and the food there is incredible (especially the steak) and cheap. Good way to kill a lazy weekend afternoon. |

Three Alley Pub is pretty good. Great service, great beer both on tap and bottled, great food, a good jukebox, clean bathrooms, a pool table, darts.........................K-waitresses who are friendly..
Good place. I miss it.
