Perhaps one of you old Korea hands can help me out...
I want to ship two large framed paintings and an ornamental box from Korea to Japan.
For most of my stuff I was able to ship using Korea post. As long as the box you are using is one of their standard "size 5" boxes or less and provided the weight of your package is under 20kg, this method works out quite well.
Unfortunately, I've grown attached to a few things that are both too large and too heavy to ship using a standard box. I considered renting a half container but it's pretty expensive.
Are there any alternatives I haven't considered? Company names and numbers would be an added bonus.
Thank you for your time. |

You can actually send stuff by ship in boxes up to the size 6 boxes. If there is something larger than that, you can send it EMS (courier). Note that they also sell size 7 boxes, but don't display them since they are only for EMS shipments. |
