|
|
Only crazy people think the North doesnt have spies and agents here.....

A Seoul court convicted five people, including a Korean-American businessman, of spying for North Korea |
Good...oh wait
Quote: |
but acquitted them of charges of forming a spying ring, saying the group was too loosely organized to be called a formal organization. |
Hmmmm...they clearly acted together...yet they werent an organization? Lunacy.
Quote: |
Jang Min-ho, 45, also known as Michael Jang, received a nine-year prison term from the Seoul Central District Court and a 19 million won ($20,391) fine.
He took orders from a North Korean agent in China, and provided confidential information about South Korea. Jang was also convicted of possessing anti-state propaganda materials. |
9 years? He basically commited treason. 9 years? Not only should he have gotten life, the death penalty should have been used in this situation.

Quote: |
Lee Jeong-hun, 44, a member of the Democratic Labor Partys Seoul chapter, and Son Jeong-mok, 43, who runs a cram school teaching students how to write essays, each received six years in prison. |
1. The DLP is a vipers nest of traitors. The whole party should be delegalized because Lee Jeon-hun was not the only one connected to this.
2. 6 years? Again, pathetic.
Quote: |
The court handed down a five-year prison sentence to Lee Jin-gang, 44, an office worker, and four years to Choi Gi-yeong, 40, former vice secretary general of the Democratic Labor Party. |
DLP again. Criminalize the party.
Quote: |
The attorneys of the accused said the sentence was too harsh. The court failed to make a bold ruling by ignoring the anachronistic National Security Law, |
What a joke. Basically the mere fact that these guys are spying for the North makes the NSL very, very valid. The death penalty should have been given to the ring leader. The others should spend a minimum of 15 years behind bar, their assets should be seized and families investigated. The DLP should be delegalized, the leadership put under investigation and all irregularities punished to the fullest extent of the law.
These are enemies of the state.

Quote: |
When the head of South Koreas National Intelligence Service (NIS) in October called the Ilsimhoe incident a shocking case of North Korean espionage, the former Uri Party chairman accused the intelligence chief of inappropriate conduct. |
The Uri party chairman....Ill rsrain myself on him.
About the Uri party: a bigger mistake has never been made. Take a bunch of incompetent pro-communists and put them in a room. You have the Uri party. Under their leadrship SK has basically amputated its own spine vis a vis the North.
Quote: |
One Uri lawmaker, who traces his roots to social activist groups, even accused the NIS of fabricating the accusations in order to justify its existence. |
fucking fucker.
[quote]The DLP, which saw its former and incumbent officials indicted, also at one time insisted the accusations were fabricated. DLP members even stormed the courtroom, accusing the judge and prosecutor of being lackeys of U.S. imperialists and trash sucking the blood of the Korean masses.['quote]
Well they have learned well from their masters up North.
Quote: |
The courts ruling has in one sense found the supporters of the Ilsimhoe, including members of the Uri party and DLP, guilty too. |
I hope to see more people punished.
Quote: |
In its ruling, the court said Jang had decided to create a pro-North Korean group within the DLP and civic groups and persistently approached South Korean figures. |
Hite and others will ofcourse call this lunacy. Only a lunatic could imagine the benevokent Dear Leader of trying to do anything like that. As I said before, when dealing with these civic groups, just bash their heads in, odds are great its a commie being bloodied.
Quote: |
The court ruled that South Koreas National Security Law, whose aim is to secure the freedom and continued existence of the nation, still applied to modern South Korean society. The court once again recognized the necessity of the National Security Law, which the president and the Uri Party had sought to abolish. |
yes an no. The punishment was simply pathetic.
About Roh: he should be fully investigated after he leaves office. |

What dellusions? This are facts. Why is it so hard for you to acept that there are spies and agents in the ROK. They uncovered these guys, thare are many more. And as is obvious, in high places. |

Since I've stopped this thread dead in the water I'd like to make an observation about both of your avatars.
Jinju: that's a great photo. You drive me crazy sometimes, but you got some talent there.
Octavius: is that anybody in particular in your avatar? What point is it trying to make? |
