| recently I've been having problems transferring songs onto my Sansa mp3 player. There is no software for it. Usually, I just go to my music folder and right click on on song on send it to my sansa player which is on my F: drive. Unfortunately, when I do this I will get a solid blue screen that tells me it is dumping physical memory. I can get a song or two before this happens, but not much more. Any help would be appreciated. |

Try doing a system restore to a date it worked OK.
This sorted out a file transferring problem with windows for me. |

| There may be a conflict between how the USB port accesses your mp3 player. Might need to check the drivers for both. |
