I'm listing this for a friend. I know bikes a lot more than he does, so I am helping him to list and answer questions. I have ridden the bike and can attest to its quality. This was close to top of the line for the Coiler series in 2006. He bought it about a year ago in Korea and paid around 3,500,000w for it at that time. He has put less than 20 miles on the bike since purchase. It is in like new condition. Here is a complete list of the specs for this bike:

Frame: 17" Kona Clump Aluminium 6inch Travel with Fox DHX 4 0 rear shock

Fork: Marzocchi 66 VF2 150mm of travel

Gears: Shimano XT rear derailleur and LX front

Shifters: Shimano LX

Chainset: RaceFace Evolve Down Hill X-Type with 22 32 and 44 tooth chainrings

Brakes: Hayes Hydraulic HFX- Mag XC disc brakes

Wheels: King Kong Disc front hubs and shimano disc rear with Sun Single track rims

Tyres: Maxxis Minion Down Hill

Handle Bars: RaceFace Evolve Down Hill
Riser

Stem: RaceFace Evolve All Mountain

Saddle: WTB Pure V Race Free Ride

Seatpost: RaceFace Atlas AM

nothing personal, but it seems nuts that someone would spend 3.5mil and put 20m on a bike....

Haha! I agree. I think it was an impulse buy at the time. It is a great bike; it's just not what I ride. I prefer a hardtail.

The high price is under consideration. Make a reasonable offer and I will consider it. Thanks!

Did I see a girl riding that bike through Itaewon yesterday following a guy on a Faith FS? Light blue. The bike, not the girl.

In five years that bike will still be going strong and your Matiz will be an undriveable pile of crappy scrap.

The bike is probably faster than your Matiz also.

When I lived in California, I spent over $2000 on a full suspension mountain bike and I never regretted any of it. I rode that thing almost everyday after work at the local trails. Other than the upgrades, the only thing I had to replace was my rims every year or so, since I rode it pretty hard. Then, the disc brakes came out, so I ended up selling my bike to get a set up with the disc brakes. I ended up buying 3 motorcycles instead... and spent over $20,000. At least it still had two wheels. Wink

My point is, this bike is well worth it. It has some good components on it too. I am sure it will sell soon to the right buyer.
