Shame on the Irish and their violent culture...
BBC wrote: |
Michael Sean Quinn, 18, from Glasvey Drive in Belfast's Twinbrook estate, had denied the charges at the start of his trial on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to raping the girl and falsely imprisoning her and three friends.
His victim was in court and fought back tears when he changed his plea. Quinn is to be sentenced next month.
In total, Quinn pleaded guilty to a total of seven charges; rape, indecent assault and false imprisonment.
A 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has admitted false imprisonment and robbery.
On Tuesday, Belfast Crown Court heard that Quinn had rung his victim's mother to tell her what had happened.
The victim was raped twice during the attack on 6 August 2005.
He told the 15-year-old's mother he had "enjoyed raping your girl..." |

I am sure there are terrible stories like this that could be collected from any country in the world - generalising like you have, implying all Irish are violent is narrow minded and infantile. Where are you from? Maybe everyone is racist there? |

But that is what we do here, Chasingdreams: stereotype, generalize, and condemn.
Get with the program.
Remember: stereotype, generalize, and condemn. |

February 13/14 1945: Holocaust over Dresden, known as the Florence of the North. Dresden was a hospital city for wounded soldiers. Not one military unit, not one anti-aircraft battery was deployed in the city. Together with the 600.000 refugees from Breslau, Dresden was filled with nearly 1.2 million people. Churchill had asked for "suggestions how to blaze 600.000 refugees". He wasn't interested how to target military installations 60 miles outside of Dresden. More than 700.000 phosphorus bombs were dropped on 1.2 million people. One bomb for every 2 people. The temperature in the centre of the city reached 1600 o centigrade. More than 260.000 bodies and residues of bodies were counted. But those who perished in the centre of the city can't be traced. Approximately 500.000 children, women, the elderly, wounded soldiers and the animals of the zoo were slaughtered in one night. |
