You know its funny, as much as you guys think that you're not rightwing (because I am sooo far left) I often think I'm not leftwing (you guys are just too far right to see it).
On many issues I am conservative, many others in the middle of the road, and very few on the left. But, I won't put up with crazy talk about commies or islamofacists or femma-nazis or anything like that. I think that if we are to solve these issues we need new ideas not rhetoric or ego. |

Right! Here comes Hite the defender of communists, islamofascists and bulls on a rampage! Talking about new ideas, do they come from 1939? |

Is it your meds that prevent you from reading clearly and understanding? The stuff about Poland was meant to get your goat, much the same way you use my sexuality to get mine.
I personally think NK is messed up and the south should never deal with them, ask my bf, he is a pro-Roh guy and we fight all the time. That said, I also don't think the daughter of the former dictator or the jesus nut who thinks god told him to build the cheyounggun stream should be president either. I choose non of the above. Your problem is that you start wanting to slaughter people. |

Were it not for the south dealing with N.K. thousands of people (the civilians) would be starving to death. But I guess that's okay as long as they are not slaughtered  (which would be quicker and more humane) : |

I am opposed to the South helping the North because it only fills southerners heads with unrealistic dreams of reunification. The always talk about Germany failing to realize that for the entire 44 years of seperation there was constant trade, emigration, black market encounters, and government conversation between East and West. Moscow was so worried that E. German troops wouldn't fight in a war they had a Soviet Motor Rifle DIvision follow every E. German division, just in case.
There has been almost no communication and no trade between the two in 55 years. Not until Kim Dae-Jung was anything really done. They also live next to the most heavily armed border with one of the largest armies in the world. So many Koreans I have met totally forget that (and the craziness of the Kims) and just alwasy talk about unification as if its right around the corner.
Do I have the answer, no. This situation is one of a kind and not easily solved. But is the solution to start lobbing nuclear weapons at NK and China, no. That's still insane. |

While both of these guys need to relax a bit, I prefer Mr. Hite just because he doesn't seem to come out of the word work 2-3 times a day just to insult someone. I'd also like to thank the OP for bringing these guy's running fued from current events to the off topic forum cause, what we need on this board is more threads of people bickering.  |
