I was thinking about how a lot of young Korean people have a cute face and I think it has to do with the photoshop effect...the less details on a face the better. Symmetry etc. has a lot to do with it.

What gave me the idea was a picture of Pierce Brosnan that was definately airbrushed and so all the wrinkles etc weren't visible.

this is really popular in Korea and, i have to say, fairly indicative of the importance placed on appearances. 1-2 of my msn contacts have certainly done this before, they can look totally different from pic to another.
