I'm going home for vacation. Anyone want something from the states? I'm thinking something sort of small so it's not super heavy. We can meet up and do a black market bonanza.

Yes, I would like some of those Prilosec OTC pills for heartburn you get over the counter at pharmacies such as at a Wal-Mart store or supermarket.

I am located near Busan and have 8 months left before I plan on visiting the US again.

I would pay you for some of those. When is your vacation?

I'm in Seoul. I leave next week for about 10 days. I could always mail them to you.

Snickers? They have plenty at Lottemart.

I'd like some Reese's peanut Butter Cups.

You should be able to get Prilosec (and Prevacid) from your Korean Doctor, if you are on the national health plan. The generic "Omeprazole" is widely available since the patent expired.

http://www.webmd.com/drugs/drug-77588-Prilosec+OTC+Oral.aspx?drugid=77588&drugname=Prilosec+OTC+Oral

Good luck, excessive heart burn can lead to cancer of the esophagus.

I've been heartburn free for ten years thanks to Omeprazole.

Yes, I know omeprazole is available from Korean doctors, but you would only get 3 days worth each time as that is the law. This means that I would need to go twice a week to the doctor. 3000 won per doctor visit plus 3000 won per 3 day supply of medicine. This equal 30,000 won a month for pills and 24,000 won for doctor visits, plus about 8 hours of lunch breaks per month to go. It is rediculous how prescriptions work here. I just need to buy it in adequate quantity and be done with it.

Correct me if I am wrong on this.

If the offer is still good, I'm dying to find a cheap electric razor with a guard on it. Not a men's razor, they're made for women and have a much smaller head, maybe an inch long. I got mine for about $10 at the local drugstore and can't find them here.
