Is There Truth in Miniskirt Economics?

Quote:
Miniskirts are getting shorter this year, shrinking to a mere 23 cm, the span of a large hand. Besides the micro-miniskirts, even shorter hotpants are hitting the shops.

And there was much rejoicing.

Quote:
In the fashion industry, they say the focus of fashion is moving from S-line to the legs, which is why miniskirts, hotpants and mini dresses are in trend.

The "S-line" is already passe?! It seems like only yesterday it was contending with "well-being" for the title of "Most Overused Konglish."

At least they're not talking about the possibility of getting chilled uteri anymore.

I volunteer to be the hand which tests them in action. Any microskirts walking down the street I will check their size against my large hands.

(I won't slip and grab any bums either I promise)

S-line refers to having a slim yet curvy body. The key figure in the s-line trend is Lee Hyo-Ri. There's also M line for a strong man with broad shoulders.

Those legs, while sexy... are too hairy for that kind of skirt.

Me and the gf have been discussing this lately and I'm curious what other people think about it. Why is it that Korean girls will wear mad-short skirts, practically showing the whole world the goods, and yet seeing ANY cleavage in this country is like finding a four-leaf clover?

Am I wrong in this observation?
