Hasn't this spring's weather been completely crappy compared to last year and the year before? (in Seoul)

These overcast days that keep coming one after another, again and again and again, reminds me of summer...except it's still cold at night.

And yet the mosquitoes are already back.

Overall, if you would consider all of the redeeming qualities of a region's annual weather, I think Korea probably has the least redeeming qualities in the world.

Winter sucks...cold wind, not much snow. Spring is yellow dust and overcast. Summer is hot and overcast or rainy. And fall lasts for 3 days.

(As you can tell, I'm quite pleased to have another cloudy day today.)

And it's still cold where I am in Pocheon. My students are still freezing in class, and I still have to use the ondo. In Incheon, I'd stop using it in March.

As for snow, the less, the better. Hate the stuff. I'm grateful this winter had been mild.

This spring has been really inconsistent. There has certianly been a lot more rain than previous years too. On top of that the yellow sand has been considerabley worse than recet years.

Yeah the weather really stunk there this year. By March or April you are ready to lose it. I don't live ther eanymore I skipped out to Tahiland a few weeks ago. I just couldn't take it anymore. I like the perpetual summer.

Yes the weather has been kind of strange this year. It has finally gotten up into the 60's everyday now though. Today is just really overcast and it's suppose to clear up tomorrow.

May and June are usually really warm months..but toward the end of June it gets hot sticky and then rainy because of monsoon season. I'm leaving in early June so I can honestly say I won't miss it a bit.

Since I spend most of the week working indoors, a cool, overcast spring is just fine for me. My school doesn't like to run the ACs till its summer. And, there are plenty of cherry blossoms to brighten things up ...
