If you live in the area, why not go to a 부동산 and have them show you a few rooms? |

It's a perfectly acceptable place to live. The subway station is at your doorstep. Utilities seem to be a little cheaper there than in some other offictels, "cheap" being a relative term. The apts. all have microwaves, which is a bonus. There are much worse places you could live. |

I used to live there and now regret leaving. Its decent for an officetel and is cheaper than the other places in the area. Convenience is the selling opint. Easily accessible to the subway, shopping, restaurants and parks. There are quite a few teachers already situated in that building. |
