The contract is the same for both jobs, but I have to choose between:
teaching kindergarten in Gwangan from 10-6:30 or teaching elementary in Gwangan from 2-9pm.
I would prefer the morning hours because I like to climb at night, but I'm not sure if I would be good at teaching kids who haven't been exposed to english at all.
The question is a matter of preference, and it all depends on me I know. I was wondering what you guys think about a first timer coming in to teach kindergarten. I would likely feel more comfortable with elementary, but I'm not sure exactly what the experience is like when teaching very young koreans. Has anyone else faced this dilemma? Can anyone offer some advice? Oh, also I was wondering if anyone here has lived in Gwangan, and what you think of it. Thanks ahead of time. |

Fk it. It comes down to: Do you want evenings off or not? I'd take elementary in your case. It's all gonna be finished when the day's done, and your friends are gonna be partying earlier than 9pm. |

Based solely the hours I'd choose the 2~9 pm shift, because I do not see you getting any chores/errands finished on a 10~6:30 schedule (well, I'm lazy, so ....).
As for climbing (walls?)....weekends may be more time-friendly.
