I'm looking to replace my worn out Dell Inspiron 1200 Laptop computer (want something faster with a TV connection etc).

To be honest I know very little about computers, but I'm looking to buy a desktop computer with monitor (19/20 inch), to be used for internet exploring, movies, be able to connect to a TV, and last but not least, to be connected to my home hi-fi sparates system (music sound quality is important).

I don't play any games.

What kind of specs would I be looking for, with a budget of around 800,000-900,000 won?

I've seen that some korean websites can let you 'build your own' system, like www.compara.co.kr and www.icoda.co.kr so this may be my way to go

Thanks in advance,
Harryh

This one below looks like it would meet your needs and then some for only 533,000. You can alway upgrade to a bigger LCD w/ better spec for a 100,000 or so. Nevermind that a lot of the componants are not the best name, unless you're take it back home w/ you why drop a lot of cash on it. It'll do the job!

Thanks for that!

Didn't realize that I could get something at such a reasonable price.

I'll probably get that, but just get a HDD with more GB. That's quite cheap to do anyway.

There you go and just take the drive w/ you when you leave and sell the com...you'd still most likely get a decent price for it....300,000 - 400,000.
