These blue skies and fresher air are giving me a new lease on life! Seoul looks so much better to me! I can actually see the mountains around the place and the Han River has a slight reflection! Oh happy day.

I might even write an essay called, 'Scent of Seoul' (one of the titles suggested for the essay writing contest a while back).

I noticed the same thing here i Changwon. i can see the mountain clearly for the fourth straight day. must be some record. Korea mostly is apretty ugly country but if it stayed like this, they actually would have something of value to promote.

I have felt so good the last week! I keep boring everyone around me with "Isn't the weather GREAT!" I feel like I'm back home which is nice. Isn't it amazing how the weather affects ones well-being? No wonder I feel apathetic and depressed most of the time here.

Isn't the weather great!

Yeah, it reminds me of home too. Especially at dusk.

I'm definitely affected by the weather. If it's blue skies, I feel happy and positive. If it's dull and grey, I feel sooo much lower. There is a (psychological?) condition where people are affected by the weather to an extreme degree, but I don't think I'm quite there.

I'm just the opposite. I hate the sun and live for cool, overcast days with a nice, blustery wind.

This year the weather has been exceptionally crummy, so these warm, clear days and cool nights are especially appreciated by me. Personally, I blame the bad weather on the president. He is clearly not appeasing the weather gods like he should. (Lack of virgins to sacrifice?)

'Indian Summer'. My favourite time of year. The sun is crossing the sky in a lower arc and the golden light comes pouring in the windows like amber spew (how poetic!). The pale blue of the sky and the chill at night altogether kicks. The mugginess left behind. Love sleeping with the window open surrounded by chill air but cozy in a blanket. Nordic weather, yah!

mid-september to mid-october is definitly the best weather in Korea. I'm glad I'm getting out of here right before the weather gets a little too cool for my liking.

I believe the term is SAD Seasonal Affected Disorder, or something like that.

Anyway, the weather is great here in Japan as well. Late September to early November is definately the time for family or friends to visit you in either Korea or Japan!

The weather is deeeeelightful. My friend from Canada came to visit about a week and a half ago and we haven't had a day of bad weather yet. We were just talking about how much we're loving it.
