For me it's chicken. The "bresses" are good value and easy to cook. I have spuds and other stuff with it. I eat this 2 or 3 times a week. I used to eat a lot of fish, but now it's harder for me to find or else the price doesn't seem worth it. Salmon and cod are favorites of mine. I'm pretty burned out on Korean food so don't eat that much at all, maybe once or twice a month.

taco

I eat at Kimbab Nara a lot - so I guess I eat Sundubujjigaes most often.

Lynchie! By 'Taco' don't you really mean co(k?

Mr. Lion told me to post that his favourite food was xenophobic one word typing obnoxious American god-boys. He keeps asking me to bring him one.

It seems you've asked yourself that question many times. Nasty Mad

Chicken. Once a week I make a big pot of chicken soup. I use a whole chicken. It lasts 5 or 6 meals. I heat up a batch, salt it, mince a chile pepper into it, chop some thick greens into the bowl, and pour the soup on top. By the time it gets to the table, the greens are blanched, but not overcooked. Delicious. Once a week I will go out for sam gyup sal or moksal, and every couple of weeks fried chicken.

Kimbap. Constantly. At first, I didn't care too terribly much for it, but it has slowly grown on me like herpes on a hooker.

It's cheap, filling, easy to come by, and in the grand scheme of things, not terribly unhealthy.

Pasta! There are so many great dishes made with pasta!! Tomato sauce, carbonara, mac and cheese (no, not the Kraft/plastic type...shred up some good cheese in a white (milk and flour) sauce), pasta salad...add tuna, eggs, veggies...

Good for your diet? Nah...

Comfort food? You betcha!

spaghetti

make a huge bowl of sauce once a week.

and use it depending on being bussy or not

If not, we tend to eat something with fresh vegetables (blimey they are expensive).

I once had a family member commenting on the emptyness of our fridge, i answered: "we only eat fresh food, not leftovers kept in there for weeks... "

for those who know, spaghetti sauce is best made in huge quantaties, and thanks to the qualities of onion and garlic, can be kept in the fridge for a good week. Also a good airtight container helps a lot Smile.
