First, we had Kucinich, now we've got Gravel.
God, it's great to hear some straight talk. Hell, I don't even care if I can agree with it for the moment! Just hearing some forthright, honest discussion is like a salve...

Dems Slap Down Broder for Harry Reid Smear
Quote: |
...Finally, in this age of scripted politicians speaking only to their base or claiming that they "don't recall" anything, the fact that Mr. Reid speaks his mind should be applauded, not derided. His brand of straight talk is honest, comes from the heart and speaks directly to the people.

Committee Of MPs To Study Secret 'Three Amigos' Scheme
Chris Cobb, The Ottawa Citizen
Published: Thursday, April 26, 2007
An all-party House of Commons committee will give the secretive North American Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) its first public airing beginning today.
Then-prime minister Paul Martin, U.S. President George W. Bush and former Mexican president Vicente Fox launched the SPP, known as the Three Amigos agreement, two years ago in Waco, Texas.
Since then, critics say the agreement has been hijacked by big corporations meeting in secret with government officials with the joint intent of fast-tracking the deeper integration of the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican economies
