I spent a nice few hours Sat. at the Seoul Arts Center and would like to recommend the Robert Capa exhibit. Very tastefully done and unlike most exhibits here, lots of space to think and ponder. Also pretty cheap all considered for 10,000 won.
A man we should all investigate, for his art and for his beliefs. A peace advocate who documented war and died at its hands. Fascinating pictures, including all 11 of those remaining from the Normandy invasion. Hour long TV session I sat through which was great - Masters Bio Series , in English.
A gift given to the world, Hungarian , Jewish, American, but moreover a passionate man who believed in the universal right of all people to live free and with self - determination, as he himself lived.....
Go see the exhibit. Plus the grounds are beautiful and take a hike up Umeongsan if you have the time.
