it's a concise, well-written, and convincing read!
i highly recommend those of you who have some free time and also seek realistic and positive solutions to our many, interconnected, and complex problems to have a look.

I downloaded it, haven't had a chance to read it. Working on an alternate history, by Harry Turtledove. Liking alternate history this work you mentioned sounds like a fun read. I will get to it eventually. I don't think the apathetic masses will buy into it though, even if it is free.
