Anybody got a nice map PPT or image file that can be used for directions?

It will be up on a 60" display so it needs to be clear.

Google Earth is ok but it's for 1st year MS students. I want to have it so that it's a bit easier.

I like it though

Where is there a city with a classic block layout in squares or rectangles?

look for a city that was planned from the ground up. I believe that Washington D.C is a planned city as is Brasilia. Check this wikipedia page for more.

I use Salt Lake City because of its simple layout. I don't know if this will suffice for you, but you can take a look!

I was going suggest Salt Lake City.
It's hard to find a squarer city than Salt Lake.

Try to find something that is an Adobe PDf file. Vector graphics will blow up without any loss of quality.

I second that, they provide the best clarity when using the big screen. There is a student friendly map on page 47 of interchange here....

Just extract the page and then import that to ppt. Or capture on the screen but this is less effective...
