Can anyone tell me about this area? My office is going to move down there in a month or two. All I know is the office will be close to the station.

Can you also tell me approximately how far away it is from the green line? It looks like it'll be a brutal commute for me.

it's boring as hell. has nice biking/walking paths by the rivers/streams (like tancheon, which goes all the way to the han river/han river park).

it's about 29 minutes from yatap station to seolleung (선릉) station

Alright, the commute might stay about the same length then.

Are there any fast food restaurants around the station?

And there is a CGV Multi-plex across the street from the subway station. It's a nice neighborhood. You'll like it.
