Here is an interactive Seoul subway map:
http://www.smrt.co.kr/english_smrt/cyberstation_smrt/cyberstation.jsp
The closest station for you to get to the Olympic Park isn't the one called "Olympic Park". There are 2 stations at the Olympic Park and the one called "Mongchontoseong" is the closest one. You'll have to walk more to get the the stadium than from the other station, though, so actually it may take you about the same time, but there's a catch! If you decide to go to the "Olympic Park" station so you don't have to walk too much, you have to know that when you get on line #5 every other subway goes towards "Macheon", which is where you'd want to go (the other direction is "Sang-il dong"). Anyway, by using the interactive map, you should be fine. The only thing it doesn tell you is about the two different directions on line #5. On the way back towards Express Bus Terminal, though, don't worry about it if you take line #5, they all go to the same place. |
