iTunes will do it for you. Just download the latest version. |

Most of them will do it. Going from one lossy format (mp3, wma, aac, ogg) to another will result in a loss of quailty, so is best avoided if possible. To make this clear, if you go from 192 wma to 192 aac the resulting aac file will be of lower quality than going from cd to 192 aac.
However, if there is no choice, then you have to do it.
It is for this reason I always go to mp3, it is supported on *every* digital music player.
