I bought it at Kyobo in Seoul last month. (Maybe you can order it. Delivery is superfast.)
Geoje Island no longer exists. |

This is the one that was released in April of this year...not the 2004 edition.
I looked at the kyobo website but it says it isn't for sale yet...
I am not a big fan of Lonely planet but wouldn't mind this one as the 2004 version wasn't too bad(didn't buy it though) and was a step up from previous editions....
i don't want to make the trip to busan to find it isn't for sale... |

I repeat, I bought it at Kyobo books in Seoul last month. captain kirk was with me. Ask him.
And save yourself a trip. Simply have a Korean friend or coworker order it from Kyobo BY PHONE for home delivery. Order it Monday and get it Wednesday morning. I've done this with newly released books before, no prob. |

The bookstore in the basement of the Sfunz mall (youngpoon books?) in Haeundae has a ton of lonely planets. I would bet they have the Korea one, but I couldn't say for sure. |

Can't you read Korean? Don't you have any Korean friends to help you do a search on the internet? Just do an internet search. Do you need someone to hold your hand, too, when you take tinkles? |

i can read Korean but the problem is i looked at the Korean KYOBO site and they said it isn't available whereas VanIslander said to ring them......
If the internet site for the bookstore is telling me it isn't available then I am just wondering where i should be ringing |

youngpoon's has it. It's a step down from the 2004 version, smaller and less detail. |

What the Book in Itaewon will no longer BUY the old Lonely Planet. I'm inclined to think that's because they SELL the new one, but I didn't take the time look. Look 'em up and give 'em a call. |
