Hello everyone. I have a Tromm WD 950RD washer/dryer that I am having a problem with. The opener on this machine is electronically controlled. So when I open the machine I have to press a button. Anyways for some reason when I press the open button it beeps and doesnt want to open. Anyone know of an emergency release on these machines to make them open? I know this is a longshot but I don't want to have to call someone to repair it.

Did you turn on teh child lock somehow? My last washer had one. There was apicture with a kid on it next to one of hte buttons and you had to push that button as well as the open button toget it open. I think you might have also had to hold them down for a couple of seconds. Play around with it. YOu could also try to get your adjossi to help you. Good luck!

I have one but don't think that ever happened. Maybe you've already tried but try unplugging it for 10 seconds or so and then plug it back it.

You need to close the door again (even if it already seems closed), then press the open button while ever so gently prying the door open with your thumb. Should open by the 2nd time. ALso.. turn on the power button before you try to open it.

Also.. if you call their after care people.. they will be there often within 24 hours, someitmes on the same day, and if they cahrge, it will ony be about 10,000 won.

Good luck!
