I'm looking at buying a PCMCIA/CARDBUS eSATA controller and an eSATA box.

Box will be USB2.0 and eSATA.

Anybody used one yet in particular the controller for notebooks?

For speed esata is great.

For portability and stability its not so great.

I use it as an external drive cause my case is to small. It works well untill I unplug it by accident then its not so great.

To be honest with you USB 2.0 is more then enough.
