Leaving Korea due to an emergency.
Looking to find a renter to take over my contract ASAP
Contract is good till February 2008 (9 months) extendable
Large apartment 2 mins from Nameong Station (#7 line) great location. A wicked place to live if you want to make a lot of money.
30+ pyeong. Large bedroom, small bedroom, large Dining/Living room, kitchen, bathroom, roomtop access. Great sunlight and crossbreezes.
rent options:
20,000,000 won key and 500,0000 per month
30,000,000 won key and 400,000 per month
Might be able to lower the key money to 15 if you wanna negotiate to pay more rent.
If you take if over I will pay a couple month rent to sweeten the deal.
