Paris is a high profile celebrity. Nothing bad is gonna happen to her in that prison.

First off, the tabloids are going to be looking around for any stories.

Secondly, anything bad that happens to Paris will have America's eyes and ears on that prison facility. I don't think the warden wants that kind of attention.

Lastly, Paris has money, and a lot of it. her family has enough lawyers and money to sue the crap out of the prison, the county, and the State of California if anything happens to her.

Actually, that Rodgriguez woman from 'Lost' was sentenced to jail time in the same facility that Paris will be in. She never served any of it due to overcrowding.

I think Paris Hilton is a nice person and is naive. It's that kind of person, naive, that gets involved in drugs, goes 'somewhere, over the rainbow'. What is she, 24, 26? You see the same 'LA gone to drugs and then to rehab' story going on again and again. It's a SHAME to see someone like Paris Hilton sucked into that dumb, stupid, routine. But there she goes like young corrupted. Driving with no headlights because she's too stoned, doesn't want to be noticed by police, whatever....friggin' druggie nonsense. Next thing you know she'll shave her head like Britney Spears.

No, she shouldn't be given anymore shows. She's a bad role model and i'm sick of seeing that one pouting pose she has.

So only role models should get TV shows? That would make for boring TV.

Too bad someone doesn't put Jinju in jail. If only stupidity were a crime.

Me, too. I was just thinking the same thing. I'm not a millionaire heiress like her, and I still think I'd die if I had to live like that. 2 pairs of panties for one week? Yuck!

Even if you dont like her its kinda harsh to wish her death. beware what you wish for others...

You must like Paris Hilton, eh?Smile Just kidding. I think she is kind of cute in a way, but she doesn't seem to think for herself. She said she had no clue her license was suspended. What kind of lame excuse was that?
I wouldn't wish her dead. She didn't really harm anyone, but if she broke the law, things happen. If this is the punishment normal people get, then she can't be an exception to the rule. With the money she has, she could have hired a driver. Don't celebrities sometimes have handlers? And if your license is suspended, then you don't want to drive in a way that gets you stopped. It doesn't sound like she was being too bright, but she is quite pretty.

I hope she learns her lesson. Let's wait for her to serve her time before passing judgement on her and her career.

Michelle Rodriguez supposedly said she had a good time during the 5 days she did serve in jail http://www.contactmusic.com/new/xmlfeed.nsf/mndwebpages/rodriguez%20jail%20was%20cool_11_05_2006

And Rodriguez really does seem to be a tough woman, I think she could beat me up! QQ don't hurt me..

Yup,

The moment she steps out of jail, if she even goes in at all, she'll be heading straight for the bank, laughing all the way (that girl from Lost was supposed to spend 60 days in jail after he arrest for drunk driving, but the jails are so overcrowded that didn't spend a day in there).

OK tell me why is she famous besides for a sex video and why should we care?

If she was "one of us" she still would of been thrown in jail for this.

whats really amazing is that people are stating online petitions to arnold to have her pardoned. some people need to get lives

I think way too many people are lost these days including that kid Capone who wrote a letter to the governor. The lady broke the law. Why should she get away with it while someone making $60,000 a day can't get away with it. As they say, ignorance is no excuse for violating the law. You are supposed to know if your license is suspended after being stopped for a DWI. She shouldn't be pardoned if it would entail an inequality in the way law is being applied. Just because she is gorgeous and cute doesn't mean breaking the law is okay. What would happen to her if this happened to her in Korea and she was a Korean star? I don't know the DWI laws here. Many people have DWI's, but when you are caught in a dumb way driving without a license when you can afford a driver for that period, then you're playing with fire.
