JMO,
It's one thing to have a no-holds-barred verbal slug-fest over some beers. I enjoy that myself. What gets me is people who think it is there right to go around saying whatever the hell they feel like, some sort of delusional freedom of speech. Honestly, there are many things to knock about Korea, but when it comes to people opening their pie-holes constantly, as well as being endlessly sarcastic/cutting, the West leaves a lot to be desired. |

Im riled up? Im not even all that religious. Not practicing anyway. I have no investment in either side though, and Im not closing the door on religion either. What I hate are arrogant people so sure that they are right and others are wrong.

Einstein believed in a God. many people much more intelligent than you believe in some sort of God. |
I'm open to the idea of a God, if some proof ever comes along. However your argument is terrible, and I don't mean that as an insult. Whether Einstein believed in anything does not give it legitimacy. Einsteins theories were meticulously(sp) created and thoroughly checked by his peers. his religious beliefs were not because they are just beliefs. An intelligent persons irrational unprovable beliefs are just as valid as the next guy. I'm sure there are alot of smart guys that are athiest, that doesn't mean it is right to be an athiest. |
Check that reading comprehension, teachuhhhhh. I never said it gave it legitimacy, I would just like to see you B.A. holding ABC teaching monkeys tell Einstein he was an idiot for his belief in a higher power. I.e. stop mouthing of and insulting people for their beliefs in God. Got it? |

Well then if it doesn't give it legitimacy, what is the point. On the subject of higher powers he knows exaxtly as much as me. I really don't see your point. |
