I haven't dealt with them personally, but on the pretty laminated promotion cards they pass out with the Seoul Subway map on the back, it says that they are a "U.S. Registered Corporation." I don't know what that means, or if that gives them a bit of an edge over other recruiters as far as reputation or reliability goes. Their website is www.parkenglish.com

I went through them, and Cecelia, especially Niki, hooked me and my boyfriend up with awesome jobs. However, we got connected with them through a person that knew them well, so maybe that kind of played into our luck.

I have heard negative and positive things about them. I would go through them again if I ever needed to, and I always recommend them to anyone that asks. I am sure you will get other opinions.

I got to the beginning stages with them. They offered me a job interview with a company I had already interviewed with. I figured that was a good sign so I signed up. They didn't get my business, but were very professional on the phone. Very polite.

Specifically I spoke with a guy named Chris from Oregon. He seemed decent. Followed through. Contacted me quickly enough (within 24 hours). Wished me well. Didn't try to steal another recruiter's commission. He even did a follow up email wishing me well with my choice and thanking me for letting him know that I would no longer be needing his service. I thought that was decent.
