There is some argument for financially penalising fatties and smokers for behaviour which endangers their health and puts a huge strain on our health system.

Last week, I watched a documentary about how it is male drivers who are largely responsible for the death and carnage on our roads.

Men are also more likely to indulge in criminal behaviour, wreaking havoc upon our society and filling up our gaols past the point of saturation. They make up the main bulk of our rapists, killers and theives, putting a heavy financial strain on society.

Their reckless behaviour often results in their own injury (and sometimes death) and those of unfortunate bystanders. The casualty wards are full of them, and their hapless victims.

They are more likely to indulge in drugs and alcohol and promiscuous sexual behaviour.

So to help shoulder the cost of their reckless, destructive and often criminal behaviour, perhaps we should tax the family jewels. If, having reached the age of 65, a man could show that he had never put unnecessary strain on our health system by causing injury to himself or others through reckless misadventure, and that he had never been incarcerated at taxpayers expense, we could offer a partial rebate. That way, there would be financial incentive for those amonst us with balls to restrain their destructive behaviour.

What do you think? Should there be a bollocks tax? And how could we implement it?

This is a joke, right? We can have a testicular tax as soon as women get charged a fat ass tax. Or a PMS nagging tax.

Ah, but fat asses don't generally cause injury to others. Nor are they a health risk. A fat ass or thunder thighs might make it hard to get a date, but doctors say it is actually the fat above the hips which endangers your health.

And if you would just do as you were told we wouldn't have to keep nagging you! Confused

How do we know it's not the fat asses, thunder thighs and nagging that are causing the men to act so recklessly. Let's treat the cause, not the symptoms.

There is a tax.

A significantly higher rate of mortality. If you don't pay your taxes, you can be assured that atleast death will get you.

Men kill other men (and themselves) in significantly higher numbers than women.

Would it be a graduated tax? Golf-ball sized balls taxed more than pistachio nuts? If so, I'll sign up to be an auditor. Smile

Or perhaps the tax should be on testerone levels, in which case, some women I know could be included and some men excluded.

And I think the rebate at 65 years old, in your scheme, should be a full rebate, not a partial one.

I think that first, it would be better and more feasible to institute an estrogen emission tax, similar to a carbon emission tax. As many of you know, millions of women in North America regularly consume birth control pills, which contain a considerable amount of estrogen. What many of you may not know is that the collection of this estrogen involves animal cruelty and damage to the environment. And women take birth control pills and estrogen supplements to prevent osteoporosis, even though the latter can be controlled by diet and exercise.

Estrogen supplements and birth control pills contain equine estrogen, which is collected from pregnant mares. In order to assure a steady supply of estrogen, the mares are impregnated, and then fed abortion inducing drugs prior to coming full term. The mares are deliberately forced to remain pregnant their entire adult lives.

When women take birth control pills and estrogen supplements, the excess estrogen is excreted out through the urine. So much estrogen is released into the environment by North American women annually, that it has been shown to have an adverse effect on fish populations in the Great Lakes. The estrogen interferes with the reproductive cycle of fishes and causes them to mutate. The US EPA has estimated that several tanker trucks worth of pure human estrogen is released into the Great Lakes every year.

For this reason, among others, women are bad for the environment. And they take these estrogen supplements simply because they are too lazy to exercise. It would be much easier and more feasible to install estrogen-detectors on household toilet systems, and the women polluters could be taxed according to how much toxic estrogen waste they release into the environment.

One-sided, sexist, ecofeminist paper-hanger. "Strain on the health-care system," indeed. Which sex, Birdie, willingly accepts tobacco-nicotine addiction and refuses to give it up for purely vain reasons...? Meanwhile, remember these women...?

HOUSTON, Texas (CNN) -- The murder trial of a Texas woman charged with running her husband over repeatedly with her Mercedes will resume Friday following a day of drama in and out of the courtroom...

Well, I remember one thing from driving back home. And thats the countless example of women driving like absolute morons and halfwits and causing men to have to undertake dangerous manovers to avoid collission:

women driving 100 km/h in lanes where traffic flow is at 120 km/h. Yes, 100 km/h is the limit but in that situation it is dangerous for others because traffic flow is upset.

Women turning without looking. Ive had to switch lanes quickly because of women doing stupid things like this.

Women putting on make up

Women on cell phones

Etc etc etc

The fact is women are absolute shite drivers. Clueless and dangerous. And in each of th above examples it would be men involved in the accident while the women wouldnt and stats would show something that totally doesnt refect reality.

I live for war, it's in my blood
if I want, I take
the hundreds I've killed
the child slaves
and all the woman I've raped

Between my legs I've got what it takes
to be called a man
fighting, feasting, *beep*-ing all I can

Moonlight on horseback
till death we will ride
Homicide, my way of life
a fact I cannot hide
Like Mars god of war, m@sturbating in rage
wild libido - freed from its cage

I eat the brains from my enemies' heads
I proudly wear their scalps
I burn their towns
to the ground
to me the prisoners bow

Muscle, sweat, long hair
dirt, leather, fur and chains
my uniform is torn and worn
and covered with blood stains

Testosterone mates with adrenaline
bearing a son of insane aggression
Women will never know or understand
the power men feel to kill with their hands

I agree that oestrogen is a serious problem. And it's not just oestrogen, there are substances used widely in manufacturing that mimic oestrogen, and they are also causing serious damage. However, I disagree that the pill is for women's convenience. This is all so men can run around shagging like maniacs and not have to face the traditional shotgun wedding. And for that women are expected to stuff their faces with hormones everyday, because men are too lazy to put on a raincoat. And they whinge "but it doesn't feel the same..." I refuse to take it because I don't like the weight gain nor the loss of libido associated with it. But look at the price I paid. Two noisy little brats.
